Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Bob: None

Review of previous meeting minutes:

- Lance Wang moved to approve the Mar 13 minutes.
Bob Ross seconded the motion. Without objection minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to search IBIS Quality minutes for discussions of IBISCHK bug 161.
  - Done, will present today.

- Mike LaBonte to complete BIRD appendix for parser contract.
  - Mike updated info for BIRDs 158.7 and 165.1

IBISCHK BUG 161:
- Mike: The number 161 appears only in minutes from last week.
  - However, the topic of AMI reserved words has come up a handful of times.
- Mike showed fragments of minutes discussing AMI reserved words.
- Bob: We declared reserved words but have not enforced it.
  - We decided to leave it that way after finding parser bug 161.
- Mike: Some AMI files may have a Corner parameter named Corner.
- Bob: No change should be needed.

New IBISCHK bugs:
- None

IBISCHK7 parser development:
- Mike showed IBISCHK700_PARSER_CONTRACT_draft4.docx
- BIRD 158.7 has been updated.
- Mike: Can we check if the TS4file is present?
- Bob: We should. It could be in a subdirectory.
  - We should test all file references.
  - It might break some testcases.
- Mike: Can Tx_V be a negative voltage?
  - We could check for valid number and warn if <= 0.
- Bob: EDA tools will use the model anyway with a warning.
- Mike: Can we disallow Tx_V = 0 and Rx_R = 0? There would be no signal.
- Bob: Do we specify how the Rx is measured?
- Mike: There is no need to.
- Bob: This remains a question.
- Mike: A BIRD to specify numerical requirements for all of IBIS could be extensive.
- Bob: We can raise this at ATM. This BIRD will come up today.
  - If BIRD 158.7 is replaced by a new BIRD this will have to change.

- BIRD 165.1 has been updated.
- Mike: The parser already handles this for [External Circuit]

- Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Lance Wang seconded.
  - The meeting ended without objection.

Meeting ended: 11:53 ET
